Youth Workshops

All youth workshops take place on Wednesday, the week of the festival, under the tent in Monument Park.

Our passion for encouraging creativity during youth is at the core of our values. Local volunteers and members of the Arts, Culture & Heritage Committee help organize the painting workshops.

Cost to participate per child or young adult is $10. Registrants are asked to submit their payment on or before the Friday before the Festival. Those that have registered online, but have not paid will be considered walk-on registrations and will be taken on a first-come-first-served basis.

All art supplies are provided and workshops are held rain or shine.

Payments may be mailed or hand-delivered to the City of Dexter, 3515 Broad Street, Dexter, MI 48130.
